Bookings, Deposits & Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo and ensures your artist’s time is reserved exclusively for you.
We understand that circumstances can change; however, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any rescheduling or cancellations. Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Clients who do not attend their appointment (no-shows) will forfeit their deposit and may be declined future bookings.
Refunds on deposits are issued strictly at the discretion of the studio. Please note that gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances.
Placement & Healing Disclaimer
Tattoos applied to high-friction or delicate areas—such as the hands, feet, or fine line designs—are more susceptible to healing inconsistencies. These may include fading, ink dispersion (blowout), or ink loss. This is due to the natural characteristics of the skin in these areas and the body’s healing process, rather than the technique of the artist, materials used, or application method.
While every effort is made to achieve the highest standard of work, outcomes on these placements cannot be guaranteed. Touch-ups for these areas are not automatically included and will be assessed at the discretion of the artist.
